Shipping is free for Canadian customers only. Hair & Beauty Canada is not responsible for customs or
postal delays.
Shipping for US and International customers is NOT free. International customers are required to pay additionally
for shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
Canadian customers can expect products to be delivered within 7-10 business days (with the exception of
persons living in PEI and Nova Scotia) which may take up to 14 days for delivery.
US and International Customers can expect delivery times to range anywhere from 10-14 business days or more depending
on location.
INSURANCE
All parcels shipped by Hair and Beauty Canada include $100 insurance free of charge and up to $500 insurance coverage
for Human Hair products. If more insurance is required over $500, it is available for a fee of $2.00 for every additional
$100 required. Please contact us directly if you require extra insurance.
POSTAL CARRIERS
All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post and Express orders will be shipped via Purolator or Fedex. In special cases
for persons in remote areas of Canada, we are able to send parcels via Greyhound for your convenience. Please let us know
what carrier works best in your area so that we may try to accommodate.
ORDER SHIPPING TIMES
Clearance items are shipped same day or next day, and all other orders are processed immediately and shipped within 3
to 4 business days depending on the manufacturer. Customers will be contacted by phone or email with a tracking number
once items have been shipped.
If you require faster delivery other than our free service, charges will apply.Contact us directly for Express
delivery rates before placing your order otherwise it will be assumed that you only require regular standard delivery times.
PACKAGING OF SHIPPED ITEMS
Due to our Free Shipping Policy, wigs and beauty products will not be shipped with the manufacturers boxes unless the
item is a human hair wig. An extra fee of $5.00 will be required if you wish to have the manufacturers box included with
your purchase. Please let us know at time of purchase if you wish to have boxes sent with your order. If not, your orders
will be sent in standard bubble pack or plastic packages. Thank you for your cooperation.
