RETURNS POLICY
HairBeautyCanada.com /
CanadaWigOutlet.com provides customers the opportunity to return, exchange or receive a store credit for some of the
items purchased, but not all. These allowances are based strictly the manufacturers guidelines. We do realize
that there are times when changes need to be made and we are more than happy to accept your returns as needed if the manufacturer
warrants the return. We do not issue cash refunds (only
store credits) so pelase be sure that the product you are ordering is as accurate as possible. We encourage all of
our customers to purchase a color ring from the manufacturer if they plan on wearing wigs on a regular basis because this
helps minimize the chance of a return and in most cases returns are usually related to incorrect color, not to an unsatisfactory
product.
Please
be advised that Return policies vary for each manufacturer and we must abide by their policies.You may be responsible for
shipping charges and restocking fees to have the replacement items returned to you. It is your responsibility to
ask a Sales Rep if your item is exchangeable and to abide by our policies. Special and custom order products,
items in Beauty Accessories section, "human hair " (for hygenic reasons), our custom wigs, and sale-
priced items (discounts or marked down prices) are considered final sales.
Hair
& Beauty Canada (www.canadawigoutlet.com) will always make the exception for “defective items” (that have been deemed defective from the manufacturer)
and replace the item(s) immediately to the customer satisfaction at no cost to the customer.
Hair
& Beauty Canada reserves the right to make changes to our policies at any time and without notice. Please read the terms
and conditions regarding your purchases and feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, store credits or exchanges are available for synthetic wigs that have not been worn and
have original tags. *A flat restocking fee of 15% applies for all returns. *This policy does
not apply to sale priced or marked down discounted items which are final sale. Your items must be returned within
5 business days upon receipt of delivery with a return authorization #. We can not accept returns without this
number so please contact us immediately and we will email you a number for your return.
FINAL
SALE Human hair wigs, hairpieces, blended wigs,custom wigs and all human hair products are
considered final sale for hygenic reasons and the governing international laws surrounding human hair wigs and products. (*Please
Note, an exception applies to Jon Renau, and New Image Human Hair Products - Please See Below)
Clothing,special and
custom order items, beauty products and accessories, human hair and human hair products as mentioned above, sale- priced,discount,
promotional offers and clearance items are all considered final sales.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
30 day store credits or exchanges are available for wigs that have not been worn and have original tags attached. To be eligible
for a return, customer service should be notified of your desire for a return or exchange within 48 of receipt of your order!
RETURNABLE ITEMS
Synthetic Wigs (not hairpieces) may be returned for
exchange or store credit from only the following companies:
- Jon Renau
- Revlon
- Tressallure
- Expressions
- Alan Eaton
- Henry Margu
- New Image
*If the company that manufactures the product you desire is not listed
above, consider it a final sale.
A flat 15% restocking fee applies to all synthetic wig returns and a 30% restocking
fee for human hair wig returns. Additional shipping and processing charges will also apply to all returns. Please Note:
Only one exchange is permitted per order. Anything beyond this will be considered a final sale!
Store credits are
valid for 30 days from date of the issuance of a return authorization number.Store credits only apply to the manufacturer
for the item(s) that was purchased,unless otherwise noted and may not be used to cross-shop in the store.
Human
Hair Wigs or Hairpieces may be returned for exchange or store credit from only the following companies:
- Jon Renau Human Hair Wigs for Men and Women
- New Image Human Hair Wigs for Men and Women
*All other human hair wigs and products are considered final sale.

- Please Read: Final sale items include clothing and accessories (beauty supply), human hair wigs and human hair products,
clearance items, promotional offer items,etc. No exceptions will be made to this policy!
Note that by placing an
order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. Hair & Beauty Canada reserves the right to make changes to our policies
at any time and without notice.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
The Customer service department must be notified
immediately (within 48 hours) upon receipt of your item if you want an exchange or store credit. It does not take a week
to know if you don't like an item or not, so please use your common sense and contact us immediately to let us know if you
are not satisfied. Do not delay. The longer you wait, the less likely you will be able to return it. This goes with our store
or any store for that matter!If the item is returnable, we will be more than happy to accept your return but you have to contact
us within the time limits we've indicated.
Contact us by phone or email within the 48 hours of receiving your order
and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number for your return.
In turn, we will contact you promptly with your
RA# and Return Instructions. We will not accept returns without an RA# number! Items shipped without an RA# will be
returned to sender. Please email us at sales@canadawigoutlet.com to receive your Return Authorization number. Your cooperation

Canada
Wig Outlet (Hair & Beauty Canada) has the right to refuse returns at our discretion.If for any reason, your return item
does not meet our return requirements; has been worn, tags have been detached, contains odors, has not been returned within
the 5 day requirement and is not returned in original packaging, etc., the return will be refused and shipped back to the
customer at the customer's expense and will be therefore, considered a final sale.
